Quality control of melamine laminated panels
Melamine board laminate has the characteristics of low energy consumption, less production materials, simple production process, low cost, beautiful appearance, moisture-proof performance, etc, and is rapidly expanding to industries such as office and civil furniture, construction, shipbuilding, and interior decoration. The quality control of melamine laminated panels is important, mainly related to the following three aspects.
First of all, the quality of paper
To ensure the quality of the film paper, high-quality decorative base paper must be used and used after passing the inspection. Unqualified paper must not be allowed to flow into the production line. During the impregnation process, the operation must be carried out strictly in accordance with the process requirements, and sampling and inspection must be carried out every half an hour to ensure that the amount of glue is within the technical requirements of 130%~150%, volatile content 6%~7%, and pre-curing degree ≤65%; the film paper after impregnation and drying must be immediately packaged with plastic film and sealed with adhesive strips; stored at a temperature of 20-25℃ and a humidity of 55% to 65%.
The second is the quality of the substrate
The base material of melamine boards is usually medium density fiberboard and particleboard. The quality requirements of the base material are that the board surface is flat and clean, no water stains or oil stains are allowed, no edge slipping or gnawing within the effective size, uniform sanding, no sand leakage is allowed, and the moisture content of the board should be controlled within the range of 6%-10%.
Finally, the hot pressing process
The hot pressing process is the last step in the production of wood melamine sheets, and it is also an extremely important link. The hot pressing temperature mainly accelerates the curing of the chemical reaction of melamine. The temperature of the hot pressing plate is more suitable at 145~165℃. High temperature is conducive to demoulding after pressing, and can shorten the hot pressing cycle and increase production. However, too high a temperature prevents it from curing evenly, resulting in an uneven board surface. In addition, during the operation, you need to pay attention to the movement of the paper, keep it clean, and prevent bumps.
Improving the quality of melamine board is not only of vital importance to the development of the enterprise, but also will have a profound impact on the international market. We will provide you with high-quality melamine boards.
